At Toteaura, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’ve designed a straightforward process to make returns as smooth as possible. Please follow the guidelines below.
Return Policy
a. 30-Day Return Period: You have a 30 days from delivery within which you can ask for a return of your item. We do not accept returns and exchanges after this time has elapsed as it is our policy on any of its products.
b. Eligibility:
– Item must be in its original purchase condition – packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
– Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
– This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
How to Request a Return
If you need to return/exchange products, send us an email at contact@toteaura.com
- Provide order information to confirm the order.
- Provide photos of the packaging label.
- Photos of the items that clearly show the damaged/wrong/faulty part that is different from the description on the website.
- Photos that clearly show the actual measurements of the items: width, length (If you receive the wrong size items)
- Provide the information of the item that you want to be resent.
– We will review the request and provide a return label via email. Customers need to download and print.
– Customers need to pack the returned product and send it to us at 1752 Sparkling Water Cir, Ocoee, FL 34761, USA with the recipient’s name: Toteaura Return.
Refund Processing
- Inspection: Once the item is returned the company reserves the right to examine it. However, in case the order meets our return provisions, the client will be fully reimbursed.
- Estimated Time: Refunds may take up to 3-5 business days when we receive your return.
- Refund Method: Return and refunds shall be provided to the initial mode of payment employed at the time of order.
Return Shipping Costs
- We do not charge any additional fees
Restocking Fee
- No restocking fee for any reason.
Exchanges
- If you wish to return to exchange an item because it is an incorrect item, kindly email us at contact@toteaura.com. New replacement items will be forwarded to you at no extra delivery charges if you have complied with the return procedures.
- Note: Each item can only be exchanged once, so double-check your request.
Invalid Reasons for Return
- Found Cheaper Elsewhere: Savings are not made when the same product is offered for a cheaper price after the order was placed.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- Please go to this section on the items list and check your banking account once more.
- Contact the credit card provider because it is possible that up to some extent takes time before they reflect the refund back.
- Contact your bank because the processing time of each group differs. However if all these procedures are followed and you do not see your refund, feel free to email contact@toteaura.com.
Additional Policies

Unauthorized Returns: Do not return any sets back to us without prior consultation and permission. Returns made outside the terms of the agreement will not be refunded.

Failed Deliveries: Delivery failed due to imperfections in shipping details, hence customers without confirmation of missing parcel cannot seek refunds.

Order Modifications: Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours after the original order was placed. Following this time, orders are made, and no changes can be made to the original order placed.
