• Place your order before 12:00 PM (local time), and we’ll ensure it’s processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.
• Our standard processing time is between 1-3 business days. During busy periods (like holidays or special sales events), it might take a bit longer to prepare your order, but we’ll do our best to keep things speedy.
• Note: Since this is a business, we do not process or ship orders on weekends or on any public holidays of the week.

Return policy

a. 30-Day Return Period: You have a 30 days from delivery within which you can ask for a return of your item. We do not accept returns and exchanges after this time has elapsed as it is our policy on any of its products.

- Item must be in its original purchase condition - packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. - Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set. - This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
c. Defective or Incorrect Items:
We accept returns if:

• The item is defective or damaged.
• The item does not match the description on our website.
• You received the incorrect item (wrong size, design, or product).

Return Shipping Costs

• We do not charge any additional fees
• For defective products (This happens when the product is wrong, damaged by the carrier or otherwise), there will be no charge for the customer to return the item.
• In case the customer is not satisfied (this happens when the customer buys the wrong product, the product is not suitable or the customer does not like the item anymore), the customer will bear the actual cost of shipping the goods. Returned.

Exchanges

• If you wish to return to exchange an item because it is a defective or incorrect item, kindly email us at contact@toteaura.com. New replacement items will be forwarded to you at no extra delivery charges if you have complied with the return procedures.
