Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add your favorite tote bags to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely using credit/debit cards or PayPal.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes. Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before they enter “In Production.” After this period, we cannot make changes. Please email us at contact@toteaura.com immediately with your order ID if you wish to cancel.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, once your order is placed successfully, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and payment receipt.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.

We also offer international shipping to selected countries.

How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 1–3 business days (printing, quality check, packaging). After that, delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS.
  • International: 10–20 business days, depending on location and customs.

What is the cut-off time for same-day processing?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Mountain Time (Wyoming) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be handled on the next business day.

How much does shipping cost?

  • U.S. Standard: $6.95 flat rate per order.
  • International Standard: $12.98 flat rate per order.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused and unwashed items in their original condition. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

How do I return an item?

Email us at contact@toteaura.com with your order ID and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label and instructions.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge restocking fees for returns.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are allowed for size or style within 30 days of delivery. We will ship the replacement at no extra cost (U.S. orders only).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

Are prices listed in USD?

Yes. All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). International customers may see conversion fees applied by their bank or PayPal.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your payment and personal information. We never store full credit card details on our servers.

How do I care for my tote bag?

Spot clean or hand wash in cold water. Avoid bleach and tumble drying. Air dry naturally to maintain fabric quality.

Do the colors look exactly like the photos?

We strive for accurate color representation, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting during photography.
