Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.
We also ship internationally to selected countries worldwide.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding U.S. public holidays). Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days, which includes printing, quality check, and packaging. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Mountain Time (Wyoming) are handled on the next business day.
Transit Time (After Shipment)
- United States: 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS.
- International: 10–20 business days via DHL, FedEx, or equivalent.
Note: Transit time excludes processing time. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier schedules.
Shipping Rates
- U.S. Standard Shipping: $6.95 flat rate per order.
- International Standard Shipping: $12.98 flat rate per order.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after carrier pickup.
Taxes, Duties & Customs
- U.S. Orders: Sales tax (if applicable) is calculated at checkout.
- International Orders: Import duties, VAT, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details.
