• Place your order before 12:00 PM (local time), and we’ll ensure it’s processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.
• Our standard processing time is between 1-3 business days. During busy periods (like holidays or special sales events), it might take a bit longer to prepare your order, but we’ll do our best to keep things speedy.
• Note: Since this is a business, we do not process or ship orders on weekends or on any public holidays of the week.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping Information We deliver products within the United States and worldwide. Not all pieces of jewelry are produced on-demand, and waiting time might vary with location and courier shipping services you select during the checkout process.

•  Within the U.S.: Your package should be delivered in 3-5 business days are the messages you should receive.
• International Orders: The delivery normally ranges from 10 to 20 business days.
• It is important to note that, for some reasons beyond our control such as weather conditions, customs formalities, and other circumstances, the delivery time indicated above may be delayed. If there is a considerable lag in the delivery time, we shall contact you via email or through a phone call.

Shipping Rates

We keep our shipping rates straightforward and budget-friendly:

• International Shipping: $12.98 flat rate
• Free Shipping: Qualify for free shipping by meeting specific order requirements at checkout. It’s our way of saying thanks!

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

We will immediately notify you of your order shipping through an email that includes the tracking details. This number will help you to track the process of shipment of your parcel. These tracking details usually start updating within 24 hours of shipment, so you should check back after sometime if you don’t find details here.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

•  Domestic (U.S.) Orders: The amount of money you see on our site is the total cost inclusive of taxes so you won’t find any surprise when you’re checking out.
• International Orders: As stated earlier, there may be even other customs or import duties depending on the governing laws of your country in this international shippin These fees are all your costs which are usually charged at or after the shipping point. It will be wise to visit your local customs office for more information.

Damaged Items

We pack each order with care, but accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged:

• Save all packaging and the damaged goods.
• Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns & Refunds

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for items that have been used or damaged by the customer.

Delivery Delays & Failed Deliveries

Sometimes something is off schedule and deliveries fail to be made in the right time. Delays can maybe be encountered due to bad weather, difficulties in customs, or other unwanted factors. When it comes to shipping, we are unable to offer a refund if your parcel has not been delivered due to an incorrect address or no one was home to receive it, so do please ensure that these are correct before confirming your order!
